Bradley is currently an M.Sc. candidate in the Neuroscience program at Western University, supervised by Dr. Ali Khan. He previously attended McMaster University in the Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour program where he obtained an H.B.Sc. His current research is primarily focused on studying the microstructure of the hippocampus in humans and non-human primates using diffusion MRI.

Research Project

Fiber pathways and neurites (aka microstructure) within the hippocampus are known to deteriorate in neurological diseases such as dementia and epilepsy. However, obtaining robust measures of hippocampal microstructural integrity remains difficult in vivo. The current focus of the research is to further probe the microstructure of the hippocampus, with the ultimate goal of improving modelling, ideally leading to enhanced classification and detection of neurological disease.
